YOUR ORDER

Payments can be made using your credit or debit card or via PayPal. We also accept payments via bank transfer, in this instance please contact info@rosebbrown.com

DELIVERY AND POSTAGE

Most of what you see on the website is made by hand therefore the time it takes between when the order is made and when you receive your item can vary between products, however we endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 – 5 days. Your item will be sent by the following methods: 

United Kingdom FREE SERVICE. Orders over £60 are sent by Royal Mail’s 1st Class Signed For service 1-2 days. This service is fully trackable and requires a signature upon delivery. Orders under £60 are sent by Royal Mail’s Standard 1st Class.
Europe Discounted Flat rate of £5.50 2-3 days. Sent by Royal Mail’s Airsure service which is a trackable service. When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking code.
United States Sent by Royal Mail’s Airsure service which is a trackable service which takes 3-7 days. When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking code. This discounted service costs £8.50 for orders under £60 & £12.50 for orders over £60.
Rest of the World Discounted Flat Rate of £12.50 3-7 days. Sent by Royal Mail’s Airsure service which is a trackable service.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We are very sorry if you are not happy with your order. It may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt providing the item is returned in an unworn and perfect condition without any smells of perfume, smoke, cooking or pets.

Your refund will be made by the same method used to make your purchase. Refunds on postage however cannot be made. Free delivery does not apply to any exchanges. A bill will be sent to the customer for postage to be paid before the replaced item can be dispatched.

When sending an item back for a return or exchange it should be posted with full insurance and using a Tracked or ‘Signed For’ or ‘Special Delivery’ service as we cannot be responsible for any returns lost or delayed in the post.

CARE FOR YOUR KNITWEAR

Our knitwear has been made to a high standard using the finest Scottish spun lambswool. In order to keep your items looking as good as new, for as long as possible, it is important to follow these special care instructions. 

Wash knitted items by hand in cold water using a specialist wool detergent. Never wash in the machine as this will almost surely lead to the item felting and shrinking. Lay the item flat out on a towel and press out any excess water. Do not put the item directly on the radiator to dry, first put a towel on and place your knitted item on the towel to let the heat pass through. Do not tumble dry. You can use the steam from the iron to smooth out any creases or press with the iron on a very low heat. When storing your knitwear, make sure it is first clean, and place in a sealed plastic bag with lavender bags or cedar wood as these are good at deterring moths.
